​Furniture & Large Items

All furniture and large items are collection or courier-arranged by the buyer.

​

Due to the size, weight, and one-of-a-kind nature of our furniture pieces, we do not offer in-house delivery and cannot arrange couriers on behalf of buyers.

​

Once a purchase has been completed, the buyer is responsible for:

• arranging their own courier or collection service

• ensuring the courier is suitable for handling antique or decorative furniture

​

We are, however, happy to liaise with your chosen courier to assist with access, timing, and handover.

All furniture will be carefully wrapped and prepared for transport to protect it during collection.

Smaller Decorative Items

Smaller items (such as lamps, decorative objects, and collectables) may be eligible for postage.
Where applicable, shipping options and costs will be clearly stated at checkout.

All posted items are securely and carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

Collection

Collection is available from the Tormaukin, Glendevon, Perthshire, Scotland, FK14 7JY. by prior appointment only.
Please contact us after purchase to arrange a suitable time.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the one-of-a-kind, antique, vintage, and bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We encourage all buyers to:

• read descriptions carefully

• review photographs in detail

• contact us with any questions prior to purchase

Additional photographs, measurements, or condition details can be provided on request.

Condition & Responsibility

All items are sold as described and photographed.
Once an item has been collected or handed over to a courier, responsibility passes to the buyer.

We strongly recommend using a courier experienced in transporting antiques or fine furniture.
