1. Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Large furniture items are collection only. Buyers arrange their own courier or collect in person. Full details are outlined on the Shipping & Returns page.
2. Do you take commissions or bespoke work?
Yes - commission work is considered on a case-by-case basis. Please see the Commissions page for details on the process and suitability.
3. How long do commissions take?
Timeframes vary depending on the piece and scope of work. As a general guide, most commissions take several weeks. This is discussed and agreed before work begins.
4. Do you work with genuine antiques?
Yes. I work with genuine antiques, vintage furniture, and selected modern or reproduction pieces, depending on the nature of the project.
5. Are pieces restored or left original?
Items are described individually. Some pieces are preserved in original condition, while others are sympathetically restored or reworked. Any work carried out is always stated clearly.
6. Can I view items before purchase?
Viewings at our workshop in Perthshire, Scotland, may be possible by arrangement for certain items. Please get in touch before purchasing to discuss.
7. Do you ship smaller decorative items?
Smaller decorative items may be available for shipping where stated in the listing. Please refer to individual item details.
